The Domesticated Primate

I added a new GreaseMonkey script to add a page navigator bar to the top of Amazon Forums - that way one doesn't have to scroll to the bottom to jump back in forth in the pages of replies on a topic. So far, that's all it does, but I welcome other ideas.
